GROUP EXCHANGE IN TRAINING - Insights into the working world and culture of France

An exciting exchange with France recently took place in our company: As part of an internship abroad for trainees, we were able to welcome Jonah, a prospective specialist in the field of metal and automotive/agricultural machinery mechatronics, to our company. This program offered him the opportunity not only to get to know the German way of working and culture, but also to gain valuable professional and personal experience.

Goals of the exchange program

For the participants:

  • Cultural exchange: the trainees experience the culture and everyday working life in another country first-hand in a group of like-minded people.
  • Professional development: They learn new work techniques and processes in a foreign company.
  • Personal development: The internship strengthens the participants' initiative, self-confidence and foreign language skills.
  • Skills acquisition: They return with new skills and ideas that they can integrate into their training.

For our company:

  • Attractive employer: The exchange increases the attractiveness of our company for future trainees.
  • Knowledge transfer: Our trainees benefit from the know-how acquired through participation in international programs.
  • Network expansion: Contacts with international partner companies offer new opportunities for future cooperation and market opportunities.

Jonah at our company

During his time with us, Jonah was able to get to know various processes and techniques that are typical of our way of working. At the same time, he brought in his own ideas and approaches from his training company in France, which was an exciting enrichment for our team. We were particularly impressed by his commitment and the curiosity with which he took on all the challenges.

We are proud to be part of this international exchange program and are pleased to have made a small contribution to promoting young talent through Jonah's visit. Such programs not only promote the personal development of the participants, but also strengthen the links between our countries and create new perspectives for everyone involved.
